Ok, I bought this before & actually got to personally inspect it & that was a HUGE mistake ! The sellers have not been heard from since I handed the $$. After getting a couple of hours to really inspect her I would say I got burned ! "Let the buyer beware" Doesn't even start to cover this mess.

It's now Jan. 2012 & my thoughts are back on the boat. Come spring I'm planning on setting her in my yard to start a complete rebuild ! The glass on the hull needs to come off to facilatate drying out the hull, removing the ROT that I found & fairing everything so that new glass can be laid up. The entire deck & both houses need removed as they are rotten. On the third night aboard I put my foot through the deck & of course it was directly above my berth ! This was during a thunder storm ! Perhaps I should change the name to Ms. Murphy ??
