Antifiat

We installed 2 Jabsco Liite Flush toilets, one seems better than the other , in that one splashes badly so imagine what the toilet seat looks like the other not as bad but still occasionally. Therefore not really satisfactory.

Jabsco have offered to replace these, any one else with similar problems ,if so would we be better to ask for previous electric model as we wonder whether the light flush has a built in design fault, any advise and comments would be appreciated.
