    sorry didn't answer this sooner. I use Methyl Hydrate sold at paint stores and general building supply stores. About $13 a gallon

    We have just gotten back from our tour of the east coast and Bahamas so it has been a long time. I noticed that you have an issue with the shaft tunnel. Your "drip" will be found to be water actually entering the lamanate and working it's way up around the massive bronze housing that is the shaft tunnel and packing gland. This is common on Nan Tais and there is a solution.
    You need to pull the shaft (easier said that done) and then using an angle grinder you remove the glass covering the packing gland.

    The packing material was renewed about a year before you purchased Tinuviel. I would tighten it a bit and it should stop. I am sure you know that it's normal to get a slight drip whist the engine is running about the rate of one a minute.
    How Tinny going? I know you renamed her to something else. I put a lot of blood and sweat into her.....
