The boat you sent a link of is not the Morgan 44 centre cockpit, it appears to be a Morgan 45 aft cockpit. This won’t have the aft cabin that the 44 has. Sorry don’t have time right now to look at the pics, will look at it a bit later and comment further.

Just posted reply to your question about cruising boats. As you surmised, we still have the Sailmaster. We’ve owner the boat for 15 years and have self performed most maintenance and upgrades. Would be happy to answer questions. The boat is not currently for sale, but we’re getting older and have been actively looking for a trawler.
