    Biography
    Hi, I'm a happily divorced 58 year old (going on 25), fit, good attitude, financially secure, retired and in need of seeing more of the world while I'm still fit.

    I have been on the water since knee-high to a grasshopper, however only under motor. I have also done many cruises on the MSC ships and the water is no stranger!! I have very little sailing experience, however, I completed my day skippers ticket in July 2016, which included my radio operators licence.

    I joined a 52ft Seahorse motor cruiser from Darwin (Australia) to Durban (SA) August to October 2016 via Christmas Island, Cocos Keeling Islands, Maldives and Mauritius. It was a great experience and my first blue water experience on a small vessel. It was also a wonderful learning curve.

    I have been looking to buy my own boat, but would like to join someone else to gain the necessary experience of what to look for in buying.

    It's now time to go!!
