I have the two blade prop (14 inch) on my VolvoPenta D1-30 engine with saildrive since 2006.
It has worked all the time. However, after five years of service it showed a lot of play (up-down of .5cm at the rear of the hub in stationarry position. I had to send it to Denmark (at my expense, to have the inside rubber replaced). After two years (2013) the same happened again, and the Dutch representative said that we should accept this as normal and that there would be no risk of loosing the prop. And it is still on.

Nevertheless, our shipyard now has told me this year that this is a common problem on all two blade props and that Gori has stopped refurbishing these. Consequently the shipyard has decided not to sell these Gori props anymore. And now recommends other props in stead.

Is this the normal 2 blade prop or the racing version? And what was the build year?

You are referring to the technical drawings of the hub. Could you share these?
