Please allow me to introduce myself. As I saw your post expressing interest in a boat partnership. My wife and currently live in Fort Lauderdale and as I am getting close to retirement my wife and I have talked about splitting time between living aboard and house in the mountains. Our kids are just starting high school so we still have a few years to plan. Our home is on the New River in Fort Lauderdale. Personally I have been sailing for almost 50 years with at least 5,000 open ocean miles from various passages as crew. I have owned a few sailboats over the years up to a custom 38 sloop. I would be interested to hear more about the type of boat you are interested in and the type of cruising you are looking to do.
