Hi JohhnyChristo - I just came across your post and thought I'd see if our C & C 40, Saralane, might work for your group. She is antique, able, Bluewater capable and turn key. There are always projects to do on a boat and I'm sure you would find some you'd want to do. After 12 years on her we are moving to a larger boat so we are motivated to sell her. We are currently on board in the USVI.
