Good day - reference your comment about the Beneteau First 53: I delivered one in 2020 and it is indeed a fabulous boat. I’ve worked directly for Beneteau for years, and am now freelance and have sailed probably 40 or 50 Beneteaus and Jeanneaus long distance. I agree totally with your comments too. I generally use the word ‘Toyota’ when describing how they compare with other boats! The First 53’ though looks as though it came from a different stable - it’s pretty radical, and very very fast!
