He man! I read your post about living in a cheap marina a couple years ago. I have quite the same needs as you desribed. I love cycling and I love also to be in a marina to be able to go quickly to land. Also I love surfing. I found that Las Palmas has quite a good mix of it all. I'm living there since february and if you are outside the ARC season, it's super cheap. Did you found in the end a nice, cheap place to live that served your demands?
