Biography

I sailed over 15,000 miles 15-20 years ago, mostly on sailboats as delivery crew. I worked as professional full-time and temporary charter crew (deckhand/stewardess) for two of those years on 100+ foot private yachts, mostly in the Caribbean. I completed three Atlantic crossings on sailboats, and a Pacific crossing on a motor yacht. I raced for several years at Antigua Race Week and in the St. Martin Heineken Regatta. I have been teaching yoga for over fifteen years, and for the past ten, I was also the director of an international footwear design/wholesale company. I resigned this position at the end of 2015 and spent all of 2016 traveling, sailing and teaching yoga in Central America. 2017 finds me back in the U.S., looking for more sailing adventures.
