    Biography
    Am reasonably fit 64 year old retired police and ex army. Non smoker and non drinker. Owned a cruising yacht for 13 years. Sailed extensively on own boat incl solo and crewed on others. Last major trip was as crew on a 40 footer from Turkey to Oman via the Red Sea. Adventurous spirit but not foolhardy Have stepped foot on all 7 continents and keen to visit other places. Adventurous spirit but not foolhardy. Weakness: in the kitchen, but can cook steaks and stews okay. Photo taken off Cape Horn.
