  1. SailShannon
    Hi,

I have a 1984 Pacific Seacraft 37 on the same dock as the Union 36. I am not planning on listing her until after hauling out in November for bottom paint and thru-hull maintenance. She has a low hours Universal MD-35 diesel that was installed new in 2010. She is fully equipped for world cruising, including solar (in the garage waiting to be installed on rails, wind vane, life raft (needs service), full electronics, watermaker, two tiller pilots, EPIRB, SSB, etc. Shannon is sailed regularly and is in very good condition with a typical maintenance list.

If you do a little research I think you will see that the PSC 37 is one of the most desirable designs available that fits your needs. She is lighter than the HC or the Union, and outperforms both, without sacrificing ride comfort. US built and very high quality construction.

If you are interested in taking a look please give me a call.

    Thanks,
    Mark Bettis
