    Hi,

I think i'm buying your ex-Tobago 35. Actual seller have the boat for 2-3 years and have no much information about the boat. If you mind to send me an email I will have some questions for you as I see from your post you probably have much more knowledge abot this boat. Thanks

Disregard last two messages - I sorted them out.

Here is a question specific to Tobago owners and just too weird for general consumption:

I have recently rewired the electrical cabinet, so I have become a little more aware of the old girl's wiring.

While getting ready to lay her up for the summer in Grenada, the Admiral opened up the storage under the nav station seat to clean it out. In there is a wiring box to which I had never before paid much attention. I opened it up this time to find a great bunch of red wires bunched together, and a great bunch of black wires bunched together. They read a potential across them equal to the battery voltage. I thought I knew all the wires on the boat, but these bundles are strangers all, and I cannot even imagine how they are energized! As we had no time to investigate before leaving for the summer, they await investigation.

Have you come across anything like that?

Hi: Do you still have the Tobago? If so, how are your plumbing fixtures? Cat Tales has a combination tap and shower hose, with the water doing two right angles inside the tap. It is getting to be time for replacement, but I can't find anything suitable. Any suggestions?

i bought the rib+o/b with my boat about a year ago. i'm taking the boat across the atlantic to the med and the rib is rather more than i need and on the davits interferes with the wind vane i'm having installed. as far as i know there is absolutely nothing wrong with either o/b or rib - the previous owner was meticulous in his maintenance - and it has always been protected by a sunbrella cover. the rib hasn't been used since i bought the boat a year ago. i am actually in the middle east working but if you would like to inspect the rib and o/b in wilmington i can arrange that. i would accept any sensible offer. regards, bob
