    I am 61 years old , in good health. Retired, divorced with no obligations and a lot of free time
    Last year i took a one week sailing course in Newport RI. And i got bare boat skipper licenses from US SAILING and IYT..
    I have limited experience , 6 days sailing during the course 2 weeks on a leopard 44' cat in Colombia and 1400 miles in the Mediterranean 3 weeks crossing from Rhodes up to Palma de Mallorca 3 weeks on an 53' Amel super maramu 2000 . i am looking to get some more experience, learn as much as i can from an experienced skipper / owner.
    Would like to crew on a safe well equipped, comfortable boat and participate in all sailing / boat handling activities like standing watch, navigation, trimming etc. .
    my intention is to purchase a boat in the near future. I am a very responsible person tidy clean, i do not drink alcohol, no drugs but i do smoke (trying to quit with electronic cigarette ) will smoke only on deck in the aft or any designated place , will nt cause any discomfort to anyone .
    I am a fast learner, with a good technical sense
    Please advise if i am suitable, and estimated schedule / duration and what is expected of me
