Hi Drew, I just realised I don't think I ever responded to your message about the T49AS, very sorry. For whatever reason this message won't display in the messages section of my profile on the forum. Very strange. In any case, I too was interested in that T49 in Florida and called about it, but it was already under offer. Too slow. Before that I had been interested in a T49AS in Annapolis that was pristine but had very high engine hours (over 5k), so hesitated and it was gone. The one I bought (actually just a few days ago - delayed by Covid19) is in Bari, Italy. It is a 1991 and has screwed down teak decks that need replacing, sagging headliners, no inside helm, no AirCon and needs new standing rigging. I'm happy though, as I've been looking for a pilot house for some years and I will be able to install an inside helm if I decide it is important to me. Hope you are able to find one too!
