    Biography
    My name is Dan. I have always been interested in sailing. I bought an old North American 23 a few years ago. Kind of small for cruising, I know. Good for lakes, bays, and short coastal cruising, as long as the weather doesn't get to rough. My normal areas on my boat are on Lakes Maurepas and Ponchatrain. I have been to Destin FL a couple of times and that was a lot of fun. Chartered a cat in the BVI in January and had a wonderful time. Lately I have been working on my ASA certifications, so far I have the basic keelboat, bareboat charter, coastal crusing, and catamaran certifications.
