One left so it's yours. US PO website gives $12.19 for postage. Package is 25"x12"x7", 10.5 lbs. Insurance for value of $350 adds $5.95 which I recommend. Can't take responsibility for the PO. They just smashed a package that I got from Germany and won't pay. $#%$@ bureaucrats.

Money order is fine or you can Paypal if you do that. My paypal email account is skip DOT mac AT earthlink DOT net. Drop me an email if you want to send the MO and I will send you my mailing address that way. Don't like to put it on a public forum as it's too easy for bots to pick it up. I can also send you links to the full manual if you want.
