Hello Saucy, I am new on this forum and in the sailing community, but my dream is to own my sailing boat in the next couple of years, it's been since I was a kid! I have some knowledges on sailing but have a lot to work on to get where I want. where do I start, what license do I need to navigate by myself a 40 feet long boat, don't mean to bother, but would appreciate the help. Looking forward to hear from you... You're obviously leaving your dream already, help me leave mine if u have some free time to spare? Thx a lot

Hi Saucy. Thank you for the Welcome. We are at Plattsburgh on Lake Champlain, NY. Our GibSea 96 (33feet) was bought this spring. Our very frist boat even if we have been sailing for the last 7years Lake Champlain, the Carabeans and convoyed between St-Marteen & Lake Champlain. Just getting into this program and have liked comments on how to repair dinghy. Cheers. Louis & Benedicte
