Reading your list of requirements reminded me of my problems finding a suitable design. I choose to take an established designer Schionning and an interior designer that had experience in boats to craft a 14.5m performance cat. I am 76 years old and have recently sailed it from Newcastle Australia around Tasmania and return, single handed. All winches are powered with a powered hand tool.
