I see you haven't answered my question about covering full expenses and whether that includes transportation to and from the boat. hi there: we used Bob McDavitt, a semi-retired meteorologist in NZ. He was excellent and very reasonably priced. We used email via an IridiumGo to communicate and he provided updates on the recommended course whenever necessary. We also used PredictWind.
