based on what I have found, no there is no common area where specs are listed. in fact, from the website I've found, there are no "official plans" of Yorktowns. Mine is listed as having a 6.5 draft, but measured, it's really 6. I have no idea why all the specs all over the place unless different years were built with different molds. I'll be happy to help you with whatever I can. I love the boat and hope to get it in really good condition over time. I did buy a new full battened main and paid a professional rigger to dismantal each item of the rigging, inspect/replace it and reassemble. I was pissed at the price, but in hindsite, sure glad I did it. probably saved my rig.
