    Thank you. Tall ships are very rare these days, and we lost a great one with the sinking of the HMS Bounty.

    But as unbelievable as it sounds, we sometimes have trouble getting crew. Ask around, be there at the right time, work hard, and be useful. Once you are accepted in the community, you can see that opportunities do become available.
