no we haven't made it there yet. Planning to be there the month of April now. Look for a ketch rigged white boat named "Far From Turtle".

We decided to go travelling the entire month of December and first half of January. Then I had some boring little old lady surgery done on my foot that has me a couch potato in someone else's condo till March 1. Our boat remains in the Bremerton marina till end of March.

I noticed that. If we stop in at Port Townsend on the way back down to Bremerton later this week, I will try to look you up if you like. Right now, we are in Bellingham, like prudent folks, hunkering down till the winds are gone on Tuesday. We were in Port Townsend a couple of weeks ago talking to PT Rigging. We will spend Jan to March there on the hard, getting the boat updated. Definitely give us a shout then if you want.

Thanks: I am going to see how I feel after the next few days on the boat. I am already living the dream next to the beach, but the location has got stale after 20 + years. Usually when I get on the boat I don’t want to get off and it would really make living affordable. I would be interested to hear what kind of work your friends have found?

Opps, yes your poll sounds like a great idea. All I would do is in the first option make it a bit clearer what the question is i.e. [1] went cruising (forced to give it up) etc?

Does she have a sister ship? I was looking through the deck log while sailing this weekend and noticed I wrote down she was the "Adventure", homeport Seattle, WA. I was just north of Elgar Bay when we saw her.
