Gemini cat price

I have a 2003 Gemini 105 MC 34 foot sailing Catamaran in Australia,
It has had two brand new hulls fitted, They have been beefed up from the original, 5mm to 13 mm thick,
It has been totally rebuilt inside and all new gear fitted,
It is nearly ready to go back in the water,
It has all the Bells and whistles on it, Only thing it dont have is an anchor windlass,

I need to insure it again and I have no idea on what it is worth now as there are no Gemini's in Australia to compare it with,

Is there some way I can get a price on it so I can reinsure it for a set value,
A realistic price on what it is worth now,
I have owned it since 2011,

You'll need it surveyed anyway. Even if a prospective insurer doesn't request so, with all the work that's been done it should be considered mandatory. A good surveyor will provide an estimated value. Emphasis on "good". There's plenty of crap ones out there. So check references and seek opinion.


I'd take a wild stab around the 150k mark. The new gear and fitout will help, but the repair will detract.
