DESCRIPTION: This particular Gem is U.S. Coast Guard documented vessel. We purchased this Gem in April 2018 with the goal to sail to Cuba and to the Bahamas from the Florida Keys. We accomplished our goal, and now, she is for sale. This cat was an excellent coastal cruiser and has been a perfect live aboard for two of us for the past 60+ days we spent sailing to the Bahamas.

EQUIPMENT:

- Raymarine autopilot and is powered by a 25HP 2-stroke Yamaha.
- VHF, GPS, and depth finder.
- Triple batteries, four solar panels, and a charging system.
- 120-12-volt refrigerator - Dometic RM 2310 gas electric.
- Propane heater
- Two 30 gallon-water-tanks.

CONDITION:
- White hull and blue bottom paint were done in February 2019.
- Used Mainsail purchased in February 2018.
- Rudders are in perfect shape.
- All the cockpit and cabins cushions in good condition.
- Homemade cockpit wood table, and a full top cover/bimini.

ISSUE: The previous owner had the 25hp completely rebuilt in 2017. The lower unit of the 25hp outboard has a small leak. For this reason, we took $2000 of the advertised price.

DISCLOSURE: This Gem is an old 1988 boat, but functional. It needs some TLC and is being SOLD AS IS.
